Edward Bechold is a Managing Director in New York, NY. With over 20 years of experience, his focus has been on providing audit and business advisory services to large and small cap publicly traded companies. His expertise includes planning, managing and overseeing public company audit engagements; consulting on SEC compliance requirements for financial reporting; assisting leadership on strategic acquisitions, reverse mergers, private placements and public offerings. He advises both start-up and entrepreneurial enterprises on numerous complex financial reporting issues.

David Bukzin – Capital Markets
David Bukzin is the Regional Leader for the New York Metro Region. With more than 25 years of experience, his focus has been on advising clients on SEC policies, practices and procedures and has in-depth knowledge of registration and reporting requirements under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including navigating the evolving public reporting landscape.
