(OTC PINK: HEMP) announced today that Carolina Canna Distributors, LLC, a subsidiary of Carolina Hemp Company located in Asheville, NC, has signed a master Distributor Agreement with Hemp, Inc. to exclusively sell Hemp, Inc.'s line of hemp-based cosmeceuticals including shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers, lip balms, skin treatment oils, and candles. Under the terms of the signed Distributor Agreement, Hemp, Inc. "appointed and granted" Carolina Canna Distributors, LLC the exclusive and non-assignable right to sell its product line in North Carolina and non-exclusive right to sell anywhere else in the U.S. and abroad.
