Butler Burgher Group Expands to Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, KS--(Marketwired - November 07, 2013) - Butler Burgher Group (BBG), a national commercial real estate firm specializing in valuation, advisory and assessment services, has established a new Kansas City presence. The firm recently acquired office space in Overland Park, Ks. with plans to open by the end of the month.
Led by multi-family specialist and Managing Director Michael Septer, the BBG Kansas City office has a total of four employees with plans to double within a year. Septer joins BBG from Midwest Real Estate Services. His experience also includes time with Cushman and Wakefield and previous employment with BBG. He has also served as an underwriter and financial analyst with institutional lenders.
"BBG Kansas City has an opportunity to provide valuation and consulting services to institutional clients in the surrounding area and meet the needs of lenders and investors," said Septer. "Our national technology platform will allow us to efficiently and effectively serve this sophisticated client base, as well as local banks."
With the capacity to execute appraisals across all commercial sectors -- including office, retail, multi-family and industrial -- Septer hopes that BBG Kansas City will become the go-to commercial appraisal firm in the area.

Michael Septer has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Human Institute of Technology in Indiana. He is a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states nationwide. He serves as the Greater Kansas City Chapter President for the Appraisal Institute in 2013.
