The apparel company Born In Detroit is opening up a pop-up storefront in downtown Detroit next month that will feature new designs, an expanded apparel line for women and kids and other Detroit-themed products.
The pop-up store, which will be located at the former Moosejaw store across from the Shinola Hotel, will be the brand's first dedicated storefront.
The 2,000-square-foot store, 1275 Woodward Ave., can be rented out for private catered events and will also host a series of events including athlete autograph signings, live radio broadcasts, podcast tapings and happy hours while it's open during major events in Detroit such as the NFL Draft, St. Patrick's Day and the Detroit Tigers Opening Day, among others.
Born In Detroit, a brand that was brought to life in 2020, is sold online, at Michigan Meijer locations, and at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
