Biograpi Living Developing Four New Projects in Tbilisi’s Expanding Real Estate Market

In December 2024 alone, 3,940 property transactions were recorded, marking a 7% increase compared to December 2023. The total value of the project amounts to 72 million USD, with the Bank of Georgia investing 41.5 million USD. Wissol Group has a long-term and successful partnership with the Bank of Georgia. Block installation has already begun, and reinforced concrete work is actively underway.

Matiani

Matiani is a multifunctional complex located in Tbilisi's oldest district, Didube. It offers a mix of residential, office, and commercial spaces. The complex is situated on Akaki Tsereteli #45, one of the city's central avenues. In Matian's vicinity, important facilities are within walking distance, including Dinamo Stadium, Didube Pantheon, Mushtaidi Garden, and Central Railway Station, as well as kindergartens, schools, and medical services. In terms of public transport accessibility, the residential complex is conveniently located near the Tsereteli metro station and bus stops.
