Kevin Howard Becomes Member of the BBB Air Conditioning Advisory Committee

Phoenix, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / August 1, 2015 / Due to increasing unresolved complaints by consumers, the Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona have formed a new advisory committee named Air Conditioning Industry Advisory Committee (ACIAC).

This committee is formed of industry leaders such as Kevin Howard of Howard Air. It is the job of ACIAC to review unresolved disputes by consumers by thoroughly reviewing all information provided by both consumers and businesses.

As a long standing member of the BBB, with an A rating, Kevin Howard felt this was his opportunity to give back to the BBB and consumers. Kevin joined the committee in 2014 stating "As the owner of a company that has maintained an A rating for more than 30 years, I felt this was the perfect opportunity for Howard Air to encourage other industry contractors to strive for the same service to consumers".

Kevin Howard intends to approach his new position with a subjective analysis of customer complaints and thereby maintain the integrity that BBB is known for. He feels that his own business has earned a reputation in the community with an honest, hard working approach and hopes those same values will bring success to his new endeavor with the Better Business Bureau.
