Aruba Wi-Fi gain is expected

Wireless network company Aruba Networks' (ARUN) ramp-up of a low-price, next-generation Wi-Fi product should help improve the company's profit margins amid a changing enterprise market, Piper Jaffray said. Aruba has a head start in building next-gen 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard products, but has been set back recently by lower-priced competition. Piper Jaffray noted that Aruba's new AP-205 Wi-Fi product targets the low end, so it won't need to cut prices on legacy products. Shares rose 0.1% to 17.78.
