(OTC: AOGO), a Delaware special purpose acquisition company (“Arogo”), and Bangkok Tellink Company Limited, a Thai registered company (“Bangkok Tellink”), today announced their execution of a definitive business combination agreement (the “Business Combination Agreement”) for a proposed business combination in a transaction valued at $350 million on February 14, 2025.

The transaction contemplated in the Business Combination Agreement is expected to result in a newly combined company to be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market. Upon the closing of the transaction, Bangkok Tellink will continue to be led by its CEO, Mr. Nusttanakit Sasianon.
