Jan. 9—Armstrong Bank announced Tuesday the promotion of three officials to higher positions.
Bill Shelby, market president for Muskogee and Fort Gibson, is being promoted to Market/Regional President for Muskogee, Fort Gibson, Warner and Wagoner locations.

"It has been a true joy to watch Bill grow within the Armstrong Bank family and to witness firsthand how much he cares for the communities we serve."
Before joining Armstrong Bank as a Relationship Banker in Muskogee in 2016, Shelby assisted in managing his family's farm in his hometown of Webbers Falls. Shelby graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2005 with a degree in agricultural business and finance. Following graduation, he and wife, Cristin, moved to Australia where Shelby earned a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney in 2007. He currently serves as a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Muskogee and as a board member for both the Muskogee Chamber of Commerce and Muskogee County Farm Bureau.
Quidley will add the title of Chief Executive Officer while retaining is position as president.

Quidley has served Armstrong Bank for nearly a decade, excelling in various leadership roles throughout the bank. Prior to working for Armstrong, Quidley graduated from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, with a degree in Accounting & Finance. Quidley went on to work as a CPA for Ernst & Young in Fort Worth, Texas, primarily in the Aerospace and Defense, Retail, Oil & Gas, and Financial Services industries. Quidley also holds a Wharton Leadership Certificate and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Courtney Quidley has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She formerly served as Executive Vice President of Operations.
