Argentina will not send economy minister to debt mediator meeting
BUENOS AIRES, July 10 (Reuters) - Argentina's cabinet chief Jorge Capitanich said on Thursday the country would send a team of legal and technical experts rather than its economy minister to the next meeting in New York with the court-appointed mediator in its dispute with holdout investors.
