I will now turn the conference over to your host, Rob Fink, Investor Relations at Arena Group. You may begin.

Rob Fink: Thank you, Operator, and thank you everyone for joining us today. Hosting the call today are Ross Levinsohn, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Doug Smith, Chief Financial Officer; and Andrew Kraft, Chief Operating Officer. Before we begin, I'd like to note that some of the comments made during this presentation may include forward-looking statements.
