Apple Hospitality REIT Announces Monthly Distribution and Date for 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

RICHMOND, Va., March 20, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) (the "Company" or "Apple Hospitality") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.08 per common share. The distribution is payable on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2025.

Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $13.60 on March 19, 2025, the annualized distribution of $0.96 per common share represents an annual yield of approximately 7.1%.

In addition, the Company today announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, May 19, 2025. The meeting will take place at the Courtyard New York World Trade Center Area, located at 100 Greenwich Street, New York, New York 10006, and is open to shareholders of record as of March 21, 2025.
