CHESHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Sep 16, 2013) - ISDX Growth Market quoted company, Angelfish Investments plc (ISDX:ANGP) provides the following update in relation to OneMedia Partners Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UK-based OneMedia Enterprises Limited ("OneMedia"), the holding company of a group of companies in which Angelfish has made initial and follow on investments via secured convertible loan notes.

OneMedia announced that OneMedia Partners Inc has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Radix Technologies Ltd, with a view to providing OneMedia with classroom management software for integration onto OneMedia's computing tablets.

OneMedia, a developer of purpose-built computing tablets and other mobile devices designed for specific market sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and retail, has made inroads in the hospital/healthcare market, in relation to the marketing of purpose-built medical assistant tablets to the Texas State medical system. The Memorandum of Understanding with Radix Technologies Limited could potentially open up similar opportunities for expansion within the education market.

The Memorandum of Understanding has been entered into in order that Radix Technologies Limited may assist with the implementation, effective production and release of the white label version on OneMedia's hardware, including Windows and Android computing tablets.

Radix Technologies currently has users on its software platform in Europe, South America, China, India, Thailand, Turkey and Israel. OneMedia has entered into the Memorandum of Understanding with Radix in order to potentially gain market share for Radix's classroom management software bundled on OneMedia's tablets in Europe, the United States and South America. The Memorandum of Understanding includes agreement from Radix to present the OneMedia tablet to its current client base.

Robert J Wagner CEO of OneMedia comments "This is a further development for OneMedia which supports OneMedia's model of a purpose-built mobile computing solution. With the addition of Radix's classroom management software to our product portfolio, an educator can 'take control' of a classroom and provide an enriched educational experience on both a one-on-one and a group scenario."

Dov Shoham, CEO of Radix explained: "As an increasing number of tablets are integrated into the learning environment, schools worldwide find themselves standing at a crossroads: Whichever path they choose will determine whether the technology will enhance or disrupt learning. With Radix Classroom Management solutions, we've harnessed this key element of the 21st century classroom and ensured that tablets become an educator-controlled, fully integrated and effective tool for education."
