Mr. Fijak served as a member of the AIS Board of Directors since 2013, but now has joined the company as a full time, member of the senior management team as a sales leadership executive. A 34-year technology industry veteran, Fijak will play a crucial role in shaping the company's go-to-market sales strategy -- as the company embarks on its next phase of global growth and technology leadership in Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT and Information Communications and Technology (ICT) markets.
Last week on July 5th, the company announced a global strategic partnership with Ennoconn Corporation, selling a 60 percent stake of AIS to Ennoconn. The partnership will combine and align organizations to capitalize on the transformative trends of Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT and Industrial Automation markets. The move also expands AIS's footprint in OEM/ODM/EMS markets with powerful manufacturing capabilities, as part of the Foxconn IPC Technology Group. In light of the global strategic partnership venture, Joe Fijak was moved into a full-time, senior management role to guide and manage AIS's future sales direction and growth for the company. The global strategic partnership now officially makes AIS a subsidiary of Ennonconn/Foxconn IPC Technology Group. Manufacturing approximately 40% of the world's consumer electronics, Foxconn Technology group is the largest electronics manufacturer and DMS in the world.

Mr. Fijak's career history includes more than 25 years of direct display, touchscreen and embedded solutions industry leadership experience and has directly managed billions of dollars in technology sales. He was most recently Global Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sanmina Corporation, Mechanical Systems and Display Solutions division. Prior to this role, Joe Fijak was Vice President of Avnet Electronics, Embedded Solutions business unit for Display Solutions and Digital Signage business. Fijak also was a key part of the senior management team for Reptron Electronics, (electronics competent distributor and contract manufacturer) in the mid-90's and helped lead a successful IPO launch on the NASDAQ stock exchange at the time.
Mr. Fijak was also a founding Partner of technology sales and marketing firm Premier Technology Sales Inc., until he successfully sold in mid-2004. He is an accomplished business leader, frequent keynoter at top industry conferences and has served on numerous technology company and industry boards; including a former Board Member for Champs Foundation as a part of San Francisco 49er players focused on underprivileged children in the Bay Area. Mr. Fijak has a degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and presently resides in Orange County California area, near AIS corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA.
