Pursuant to the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"), American Eagle is now an "accelerated filer" and is no longer a "smaller reporting company." As a result of its change in status, the Company has become subject to certain expanded disclosures in its 10-K, as well as an accelerated filing deadline. Today, the Company will be filing its Form 12b-25 with the SEC, notifying it that the Company will be filing its 10-K not later than March 31, 2015. In connection with the extension for its 10-K filing, American Eagle will postpone its previously announced Monday morning, March 16, 2015, conference call to a date and time to be announced later.
