Wet wiping cloths on prep tables throughout kitchen; to-go cup used as scoop in seasoning container; soil and mold in diffuser aperture of soda machines; mold accumulating in ice machine; nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment must be kept free of accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris; heavy dust accumulation on exhaust vents in kitchen; food debris and grease on top side of grease receptacle; heavy dust and food debris from previous days on several surfaces. Correct by 09/15.
