(Nasdaq: ALMS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapies using a precision approach to optimize clinical outcomes and significantly improve the lives of patients with immune-mediated diseases, today announced that its stockholders voted to approve all proposals required to be approved in connection with the pending merger with ACELYRIN, INC. (Nasdaq: SLRN) at its Special Meeting of Stockholders.

The merger is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions.
