MINNEAPOLIS, April 28, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alerus Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: ALRS), or the Company, reported net income of $13.3 million for the first quarter of 2025, or $0.52 per diluted common share, compared to a net loss of ($0.1) million, or $0.00 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2024, and net income of $6.4 million, or $0.32 per diluted common share, for the first quarter of 2024.
