Acquisition of Service Experts Drives 81% Increase in Revenue and 22% Increase in Acquisition Adjusted EBITDA

Q2 2016 Highlights

  • Increased total company revenue by 81%

  • Reported fourth consecutive quarter of net growth in rental units

  • Increased heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC") rental transactions by 30%

  • Completed acquisition of SEHAC Holdings Corporation, which operates under the brand Service Experts, on May 11, 2016 ("Service Experts")

  • Widened monthly average rental rate spread between a new and lost customer to $16.16, a $1.90 increase

  • Grew the number of sub-metering contracted, installed and billing units by 13%, 2% and 8%, respectively

  • Increased total company EBITDA2 by 19%
