Hospitality company Accor and its partner DOJI Group, a multi-sector corporation in Vietnam, are set to introduce the Sofitel Diamond Crown Hai Phong, a new luxury hotel in Vietnam, in 2026.
The property will be part of the Diamond Crown Hai Phong complex, featuring a 45-storey tower that promises to bring the French elegance synonymous with the Sofitel brand to the city of Hai Phong.
Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery and Emblems CEO Maud Bailly said: “We are thrilled to introduce Sofitel’s renowned French elegance and heartfelt hospitality to Hai Phong, a city poised for growth and international recognition.”
Situated at an intersection in Hai Phong, the Sofitel Diamond Crown Hai Phong will offer 231 rooms, 180 serviced apartments, and an array of luxury facilities.
These include an infinity pool, a golf simulator, a gym, restaurants, a spa, and a conference centre.
The hotel's design will feature Diagrid architecture, offering luxury and aesthetic experience in the region.
DOJI Group is known for its contributions to real estate and luxury tourism through the DOJILAND and Diamond Crown brands. The group aims to enhance urban aesthetics with its developments.
DOJI Group deputy general director Le Thi Hien said: “This collaboration with Accor is a pivotal step in DOJI Group’s strategy to develop a luxury hospitality business, aimed at providing world-class resort experiences that support sustainable economic and tourism growth in the regions where our projects are located.”
The Sofitel Diamond Crown Hai Phong will join Accor's existing portfolio in Vietnam, which includes the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and Sofitel Saigon Plaza, further expanding the luxury hospitality offerings in the country.
In a related development, Accor has partnered with Dangayach Group to build two new luxury hotels in Goa, India. The properties are set to open their doors in 2030.
