$75M home with 24 bathrooms and 2 swimming pools planned for Paradise Valley

A $75 million estate that could be Arizona’s priciest new home is planned for Paradise Valley.

The 40,000-square-foot house is designed to have 13 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, eight half bathrooms, a 15-car garage, a casino room, four wet bars and two outdoor kitchens.

Cullum Homes is partnering with WOW Luxury Properties to develop a home called Palo Cristi Estate.

The builders are currently working on getting permits from Paradise Valley for the house, and the home could be completed by 2027.

No one has bought the house yet.

Builder: 'This level of a luxury estate is needed'

Features of the house also include a two-story office, a conference room, two bowling lanes, a movie theater, a spa, a gym, a two-story aquarium, an ice cream bar, a casita, a guardhouse, two pools, a lazy river, a water slide and three fire pits.

"With some of the country's most successful entrepreneurs moving here, we feel this is an untapped market," said Lindsay Cullum Colwell, co-owner of Scottsdale-based Cullum Homes. “This level of a luxury estate is needed."

WOW Luxury bought the land for the home in 2022. The purchase price wasn’t available.

David Hersh, CEO of WOW Luxury Properties, said the developers are “ready now to show the next level of luxury real estate."
