The S&P 500 was up nearly 0.3%, but 371 of the 502 components were trading higher on the day. The Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, which weighs each stock the same, was up 0.4%. At the sector level, only the consumer discretionary and information technology sectors were declining on the day.
