After several days of building up to Nvidia's earnings report as the market’s biggest test, a wave of encouraging economic data have helped push the market higher, even as Nvidia stock fell 3.7%. The Nasdaq Composite was up 1.3% despite a lack of participation from the tech rally’s poster child.
