Now this is getting just weird for Tesla and its shareholders. Tesla stock was dropping early Tuesday after Delaware Chancery Court judge Kathaleen McCormick rejected Elon Musk’s pay package for a second time. The new rejection comes after a second shareholder vote designed to address the judge’s problems with the first vote.
