The Dow’s decline picked up in Thursday afternoon trading. With the blue-chip index down 216 points, or 0.5%, UnitedHealth Group shares were once again the Dow’s biggest laggard. It was shaving off 75 points from the Dow on its own with a 2.6% decline.
