Forget a rotation—pretty much everything is rallying today. The Dow was up 157 points, or 0.4%, while the S&P 500 was up 0.6%. The Nasdaq Composite was up 0.8%. The Russell 2000 was up 0.9%. Within the S&P 500, about 400 of its members were on track to close higher.
