The stock market has another case of bad breadth. The S&P 500 may be up 0.3% and within striking distance of a record close, but only 233 of its stocks were gaining on the day. The Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, which counts every constituent in the market benchmark the same, was down 0.1%.
