Delta Air Lines CEO: We Won't Pay Tariffs on Airbus Deliveries

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian told analysts and reporters on Wednesday morning that the U.S.-based carrier will not pay tariffs on any aircraft deliveries from Airbus this year. The comments were made before the Trump administration announced a 90-day pause on import tariffs for goods from around the world except China. Delta would work closely with Netherlands-based Airbus on the issue.
