The iShares Russell 2000 exchange-traded fund was up almost 1%. Comparatively, the S&P 500 and the Dow were flat and the tech heavy Nasdaq Composite was up 0.1%. Invesco’s ETF was down 0.2%, at last check, and has largely stayed lower today.
