Just two months after going on the market, a Ferrari-inspired spec house in Delray Beach, Fla., has sold fully-furnished for its asking price of $55 million, setting a record price for the area. Known as Casa Maranello, the seven-bedroom home was built by developer Aldo Stark, a longtime Ferrari enthusiast; the name Maranello is a nod to Ferrari’s factory location in Italy.
