Redfin Stock Soars 67% on Deal to Be Bought by Rocket Cos.

Rocket Cos is buying the digital real estate brokerage Redfin Rocket said on Monday. Rocket will pay $12.50 a share to acquire Redfin in an all-stock transaction. The deal, which values Redfin at $1.75 billion, is expected to close in this year’s second or third quarter.
