GitLab CFO says demand has been consistent in cautious environment
GitLab (GTLB) stock sees gains Tuesday morning, reversing from earlier losses after reporting stronger-than-expected earnings and revenue results for the company's fourth quarter. GitLab CFO Brian Robins joins Morning Brief with Seana Smith to discuss the software company's outlook, The CFO explains that "GitLab is a leading DevSecOps [development, security and operations] platform that allows people to make software better, faster, cheaper, and more secure." He tells Yahoo Finance that the results reflect that there is "a cautious buying environment out there, but demand has been fairly consistent." "Every company has to be a software company today, whether you're manufacturing, banking, or retail software. It's really running the world, so we allow people to get their applications out to market quicker," he adds.
