Through its investments in the underlying funds, the fund will have significant exposure to growth-oriented common stocks. The fund will typically have significant exposure to issuers domiciled outside the United States. It will seek to invest at least 25% of its net assets in underlying funds that invest significantly (under normal market conditions, at least 40%) in issuers domiciled outside the United States.
