The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, in exchange-traded commodity futures contracts, exchange-traded and over-the-counter (“OTC”) commodity-linked instruments, and pooled investment vehicles, including exchange-traded products (“ETPs”) that provide exposure to commodities (“Commodity Instruments”) and Cash and Fixed Income Investments. It does not invest in commodities directly. The fund is non-diversified.
