This segment also offers cutting-edge solutions for applications, including space exploration, defense platforms, and advanced systems for missile guidance, propulsion, and vehicle controls. The Military Aircraft segment designs, manufacture and integrate primary and secondary flight controls, mission-critical actuation systems, and products for various military fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft. The Commercial Aircraft segment designs, manufactures, and integrates flight-critical control systems and products for various commercial aircraft. The company's Industrial segment provides customized and high-performance motion control components and systems for industrial automation, medical, simulation, and test and energy applications, including precision components, as well as simulation platforms. The company was formerly known as Moog Valve Company. Moog Inc. was incorporated in 1951 and is headquartered in East Aurora, New York.
