Then you can make manageable monthly payments without facing interest charges.

Wells Fargo Reflect card pros

Even though you don’t get the opportunity to earn cash back or points rewards with the Wells Fargo Reflect Card, there are other types of benefits.

No annual fee

There’s no annual fee to use this card. That’s enticing for credit card users who want to use the Wells Fargo Reflect’s 0% APR offer without paying to open the card.

Some top cash-back cards also have intro 0% APR offers. Read more about the best cash-back credit cards today

Free credit score access

Through your Wells Fargo account, you can check your monthly FICO score to monitor your credit. Checking your own credit score doesn’t hurt your score, so making sure you’re building up your score helps.

Some places charge you to check your credit score and report. But you don’t need to pay to do that here. If you want to stay on track with your credit, it’s important to regularly check your credit score and history.

Cell phone protection

You can get up to $600 of cell phone protection if your phone is damaged or stolen when you use your Wells Fargo Reflect card to make phone payments. There’s a $25 deductible, and you can make up to two claims per 12-month period.

While this is only supplemental coverage and doesn’t replace your regular cell phone insurance plan, it might come in handy if all your other insurance options have been used and you’re still looking for assistance.

My Wells Fargo Deals

Having the Reflect card gets you access to exclusive deals offered by select merchants through My Wells Fargo Deals.

Many banks offer deals just for customers of the bank and credit card users. You’ll need to individually activate each reward to take advantage of it before the expiration date.

Zero liability protection

You’re not responsible for any unauthorized transactions. So if your card gets lost and you end up with transactions you didn’t make, you don’t have to pay for them.

Keep in mind that even if you didn’t make certain transactions, you do have to report them in a timely manner so you aren’t on the hook for credit card payments.

Roadside assistance

With your card, you get access to a 24/7 on-demand roadside dispatch network. This can be used for emergency vehicle services, towing, and even a locksmith.

Wells Fargo Reflect card cons

There are some great benefits to using the Wells Fargo Reflect card, but there are also some downsides.

Some fees apply

You could face up to a $40 late fee if you don’t make on-time payments every month.

There's also a 3% foreign transaction fee when you use your card outside of the U.S. If you take out a cash advance you’ll pay a fee of 5% of the advance or $10 (whichever is greater). For balance transfers, there’s a fee of 5% of the balance or $5 (whichever is greater).

No rewards

This card doesn’t offer any traditional rewards, so you don’t earn anything back when you use your card.

Many cards offer some type of reward, whether it’s cash back, points, or miles that you can redeem as cash back into your bank account or as a statement credit. But this Wells Fargo card doesn’t offer those benefits.

You can use the Wells Fargo Reflect card wherever Visa is accepted all over the world. This includes local purchases, like at the gas station and grocery store. Or you can use it overseas at hotels, restaurants, car rentals, and other merchants (though you’ll pay a foreign transaction fee).

How to make a Wells Fargo Reflect card payment

Log into your Wells Fargo account online or through the mobile app to manage your credit card payments. You can set up autopay, make a one-time payment, check your balance, review transactions, and more.

You can also call the number on the back of your card and make a payment over the phone or even pay at a Wells Fargo ATM.

Wells Fargo Reflect card customer service info

Wells Fargo customer service is available 24/7. So you can call and talk to someone whenever you need help. Call the number on the back of your card or 1-800-642-4720. From here, you can get help with your account, report your card as lost or stolen, file a fraudulent charge, or anything else you need related to your account.

You can also visit a Wells Fargo branch near you to talk to someone in person about your card and account.

Alternative cards to consider

While the Wells Fargo Reflect card might be a good fit if you want a longer period to pay down existing debt or avoid interest on new purchases, it may not be the best card for everyone. If you want to look into other cards, consider these alternatives.
