Every year we think the Top Workplaces search can't get more competitive, and every year we're proven wrong. In this, Knox News' eighth year presenting the Top Workplaces awards, we were again wowed by just how many great companies call East Tennessee home.

In partnership with survey firm Energage, Knox News surveyed 27,132 employees at 91 companies, and 16,143 employees responded. From those surveys, we were able to identify the best small, midsize and large companies in our region, as chosen by their employees.
