WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI / ACCESSWIRE / November 30, 2015 / It really was no surprise to the publishers of the newest Christmas anticipation activity book that this would happen but the rest of the world needs to understand the potential impact this will have for Christmases to come. This MouseKeeper craze will change the way Christmas is awaited for decades to come. It all started in a small suburb of Toledo, Ohio, Perrysburg, named after the famed War of 1812 winner of the Battle of Lake Erie, Commodore Perry. Now this sleepy little town also has the record as being, the first town where MouseKeepers appeared on Thanksgiving morning as expected by Crazy Red Head Publishing owner and editor, Jenny Deason Copeland.. Based on the children's picture book, A MouseKeeper Christmas - The Beginning, the children of the world who wish to be MouseKeepers put a plate of smelly cheese by a window or on the hearth in hopes that the vacationing North Pole mice will choose their home for their month long vacation away from the North Pole.

This year's first MouseKeepers are the four Duesing children, Ellie 10, Drew 8, Will, 4 and Greta 2. They chose to be MouseKeepers to improve the North Pole toy production and help Santa make sure that there are enough toys for all the children on the Nice list. A new trend has made Santa happy but it has also given him a bit of concern. The Naughty lists are drying up which means the toy production has had to increase every year for a while. This year Santa was afraid the factory and all the elves wouldn't make enough toys if something didn't change. These four trend setters are in charge of entertaining four North Pole mice, Eggnog, Dumpling, Walnut and Gingy from now until Christmas.
Santa sent out a plea for help and a solution was found thanks to the heroine, six year old, Sara. The solution was to send all the North Pole mice on a vacation during the peak toy production season from Thanksgiving until Christmas. The mice are the beloved pets of the North Pole elves. Read how all the plans for such an infestation were hammered out with Sara, Santa and his two head elves, Macaroon and Shortbread.
