Media availability with Canada's Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, the Honourable Steven Blaney, Canada's Minister of National Defence, the Honourable Robert Nicholson, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, U. S. Senator for New York, Charles E. Schumer, and U.S. Congressman for Western New York, Brian Higgins

Media are invited to attend a press conference with Minister Blaney, Minister Nicholson, U.S. Deputy Secretary Mayorkas, U.S. Senator Schumer, and U.S. Congressman Higgins.

An off-site photo-op (in close proximity to the event) with Minister Blaney and Deputy Secretary Mayorkas will take place at 10:00am. Interested media are asked to arrive at the Nexus Enrollment Centre, 10 Central Avenue, no later than 9:40am.

Media are required to arrive for the press conference before 10:45 am or may be refused entry to the event. Media credentials with photo identification will be required.
