BEIJING, Oct 15 (Reuters) - China's non-financial outbound direct investment (ODI) rose 16.5 percent to $87.3 billion in the first three quarters of 2015 compared with the same period last year, state media agency Xinhua reported on Thursday, citing the Ministry of Commerce.
